Apparently in Wisconsin and more specifically Wisconsin Dells, water sports and water activities are #1 all year around. Wisconsin Dells is located along the Wisconsin River and is 2 hours from Milwaukee and Oshkosh, almost 3 hours from Green Bay and only 1 hour from Madison. Wisconsin Dells offers year round golf, hiking, biking, river boat tours, jet boats, cruises, indoor and outdoor water parks and plenty of dining experiences for the whole family.
Water slides have come a long way since I was growing up! The Durango Drop is an extreme 8-story

Being a disabled traveler involves challenges many others don’t have to face. But is movement getting easier or harder for disabled travelers to move around?
I once worked with a man named Victor. We forged a friendship that was contingent upon a shared penchant for searing social criticism, ironic humor, and good food, (though not necessarily in that order).

Joyce Majors has accomplished one of the things I??ve been dreaming about my whole life (well, two if you count the whole writing a book thing).
This intrepid woman rented her house, quit her job and took off for a year of volunteer tourism around the world.
Majors’ travels provided a much-needed break from the rigors of ???real life??? and eventually provided fodder for her book Smiling at the World, which chronicles her year abroad and the experiences she encountered in her search for adventure and love.

Spread throughout the world, spanning every region and boundary, is a vast, borderless nation.
Every year, millions migrate to this nation, with language and customs from the farthest reaches of the planet. Its population flows with the seasons, natural and political; though remarkably diverse, all cultures meet here within a single tradition.
And no matter how it may grow or shrink, it can never disappear entirely. And there is always room for one more.
